CINOX has total in-house capability to manufacture crystal products from raw quartz into finished resonators. We continue to make major investments in new equipment to upgrade the facility and to guarantee the quality and performance of our crystals. | |

We have significantly upgraded our equipment in sawing, X-Ray, coldweld and vacuum deposition of metal film electrodes. Improvements have been made to meet the rigid customer requirements for stability, aging and overall performance. Computerization of crystal manufacturing and order tracking has led to better control and improved delivery capabilities. CINOX continues to make manufacturing improvements. We have recently added a clean room for crystal finishing and a Saunders 5250 plating system. We continuously monitor yields and throughput to insure on-time delivery of top quality parts. |
